Return

Service policy

• Return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase due to quality reasons.

• Return the product within 15 days from the date of purchase due to quality reasons.

• Maintenance due to product quality within one year from the date of purchase.

Note: After receiving the product, please retain the charger's protective film when trying it out. If the protective film is torn, it may cause the appearance of the charger to be scratched, in this case, the product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is a quality issue.

Non-warranty regulations
• Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, fluid, accident, alteration, incorrect use of non-product parts, or torn, altered label, anti-counterfeit label.
• Has passed the expiration date of the three warranties.
• Damage caused by force majeure.
• The product and accessories performance failure due to human causes.
